The Power of Community, How Cuba Survived Peak Oil.

The Power of Community tells the inspiring story of the Cuban people's hardship, ingenuity and triumph over sudden adversity - when their oil supplies collapsed along with the Soviet Union - through cooperation, conservation and community, told in their own words.
